Join us at this ACSS New York Chapter virtual event as we host a discussion between two experts working on these issues within the United States Government.
This timely conversation will touch on current issues facing financial institutions attempting to comply with U.S. export controls and sanctions on China, Burma, and a range of other jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Manfull and Mr. Smith will discuss how their agencies approach compliance, what they look for in investigations and in interactions with the private sector, and what companies can do to make sure they stay on the right side of U.S. enforcement agencies.
